Got the stuff back from the powder coaters:
Made a very dodgy tool to do up the swing arm tensioning collet:
Cleaned up all the swing arm fixings and gave the end caps a lick of paint:
Started assembling. Got the new swing arm bearings in, bushing back in, caps on, chain guide on, swing arm back in the frame, suspension and links on and the chain adjusters in:
Got the discs back on the front wheel…
And the bobbins back on the swing arm
