Did a bit more work when I got a chance last night! First thing is the front forks were too low in the yokes, so I jacked the bike up, slackened off the triples and dropped the forks level:
Then I thought it was time to fit a fairing and make it look a bit more like a bike! So I adjusted the tail light and fitted the tail fairing:
With that done, I turned my attention to the Harris rearset. As I mentioned before the selector rod was misadjusted so I re-fitted the harris rearset, and adjusted the rod until I could select all of the gears. This seems to work statically but I haven’t tested it on a ride yet:
Then I realised that some random bolts were holding the rearsets to the brackets, so I swapped those out for the official Harris ones:
Finally, I left the bike on the optimate when I left!
I’ll probably be busy for a while with work now, but it’s getting closer to an MOT!
